Client creates a Proposal and scope of work in ClariLegal, then submits proposal for bidding to vetted, preferred service providers in the ClariLegal community.
CLARILEGAL
ClariLegal identifies qualified and matching Service Providers and provides notification of work requested by Client.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service Provider is notified that a proposal has been generated and reviews reviews SOW. Service Provider completes Line Item Bidding form in ClariLegal, and submits bid to Client for consideration.
CLARILEGAL
ClariLegal notifies Client of Service Provider bids, which are collected and compared by Client under our Comparison Matrix.
CLIENTS
Client chooses the best bid and electronically signs a contract.
CLARILEGAL
ClariLegal automatically generates a Statement of Work (contract/Service Level Agreement).
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service Provider receives notification that a Statement of Work (contract/Service Level Agreement) has been generated, approves and countersigns the contract.
CLARILEGAL
ClariLegal enables Client and Service Provider to collaborate through setting milestones in the Project Tracker, so that work can be managed in real time with full transparency right in the ClariLegal application.
CLIENTS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Client & Service Provider collaboratively add and adjust milestones to the Project Tracker.
CLIENTS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service Provider updates project milestone status as required.
CLIENTS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Client & Service Provider exchange and store questions and answers about the work on ClariLegal’s Discussion Board, where they can manage changes to the project scope.
